When i do it to my site, it goes inside the post area. Can you tell me a way to move it up a bit so that it doesnt goes behind the post. Thanks

I put the code you suggested into the php editor in wordpress and the Nav is still above the header!
Can you help with this?

Really cool tutorial, but what I am also trying to find is how to make the navigation bar span all the way beyond the page like yours. Also I notice your navigation bar is an image. How do you do this? Thanks!
